Gorgeous actress Jessica Alba played the role of a super-soldier subjugating huge men with the strength of her arms in the TV show, Dark Angel. For this role and also for looking good, she worked out to build some really strong muscles. She has one of the best abs among the actresses in Hollywood. According to the reports, this young actress works out at least 45 minutes a day to maintain her perfect body and ensure that she remains physically strong enough so that her stunts in action movies are real enough. Her workout comprises of some fifty lunges and crunches. She also uses weights to tone up her biceps. In her own words, the lady says that she feels more energetic after working out. Besides heavily undertaking fitness exercise, she also ensures that she is on a stable diet with low fat foods.
Here is a video from the TV show, where the muscular actress challenges a professional fighter into a caged wrestling match. The strong girl is able to launch some powerful punches against him. Though she also gets hit, she gives the ultimate kick, destroying him between his legs.
