Michelle Obama inspired many photographic clicks, newspaper articles and blog comments when she appeared sleeveless and defiantly exposed her several-inches-of strong muscular biceps to everyone. There were mixed reactions in the political arena, but for those who thought it was inappropriate must have probably felt threatened. The First Lady works out three days a week with a personal trainer at the White House. Now she has emerged as the new fashion icon and the incredible show of her muscles has often led many newspapers commenting that she is also the icon of the new “American strength.” She also has a daunting presence everywhere. Even the great leaders of the world at the G20 Summit, where she had joined her husband in her favorite sleeveless dress again, were awed by her “hands of steel.” And there are many pictures running around the internet exclusively focusing on her sinewy muscles and her fit body.
