Marrying High School Girl is a Korean movie with a romantic comedy theme. It has Im Eun-kyung as the young school-going girl, playing the role of Pyun-gang, who shares the name with the legendary, ancient princess who was denied to get married to her lover, On-dal and suffered grief. Because of this, the young Pyun-gang in the present time could also suffer unless she is married before she attain sixteen years of age, according to the fortune-teller. Her parents disagree first, but later when a co-student arrives to her class with the name of On-dal, things begin to change. Pyun-gang should possess the boy, make him fall in love with her and get married to her. This is part of the story, but what is most interesting to us is one particular scene where the schoolgirl gets the opportunity to display her strength against a gang of boys.
The thin-looking, young schoolgirl, Pyun-gang is actually highly skillful in kicking boys in their groins, as evident from this scene. In one particular scene, a group of nearly seven boy are bullying a fat girl, but when then see Pyun-gang walking on the street, their attention is diverted to them. They approach her boorishly, but the girl does not hesitate in giving an unexpected, instant kick into the middle part of his body. The boy miserably falls down, crying out in pain. The strength of her kick was quite powerful from the way he falls down and whines helpless. The other boys are surprised and also angry. Another one of them tries to attack her, but the girl is again quick enough to respond. She launches another kick into his groin in the most unique manner. Her foot remains between his legs for a while after hitting him there. The second boy is also out. The others understand that it will be a fight now and they encircle her. Pyun-gang’s hair flies around as she mentally prepares to fight all of them. She quickly jumps, kicks and blows out all the rest of the boys. The end part of the scene is most interesting, when all the boys seem to get hurt in their crotch area to such an extent that they are shown flying up in air, holding their private organs. Our schoolgirl hero finally stands on top of the wall, as the undefeatable girl surveying the loser boys who are all lying and howling with pain. Video Link.
