She is a smiling young girl in her school uniform and seems to have gathered some muscles by practicing her tae-kwon-do. It is admirable to watch a young schoolgirl like her demonstrating her fighting skills. Though there is no real fight as such in the video, it gets us an idea about how strong a young schoolgirl like her can be, especially when she is also beautiful, especially when she is introduced as smiling young lady. The girl is to express her strength to a man, who is dressed like a baseball catcher and the entire scene takes place at a baseball pitch. The schoolgirl first demonstrates the movement of her punches and then faces the man. The man brings in the numbered wooden plates and she breaks it with her strong-armed blow. The next wooden plate is also broken by her but this time with her kick. The next item presented to her to break is a baseball bat.
