The woman is a black lady with lot of power, but not just at the corporate level. In a similar video clip, we have another black woman who invites her male colleague (she is sitting in her office with her laptop opened up on her table) to armwrestle with her. She has defeated him once and he seems to have withdrawn out of shame. So, she asks him to come back and armwrestle with her again and she would allow him to use both his hands against her single arm!
